Qualifications: •Working cross functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, and Executive Leadership, this role will help shape the long-term strategy for the Home Audio category while ensuring Sweetwater continues to be the premier destination for musicians, content creators, filmmakers, and visual media enthusiasts. •Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Music Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. •Eight or more years of progressive sales leadership experience. •Five or more years leading managers or large sales organizations. •Previous leadership experience within music retail, consumer electronics, premium retail, or another environment with significant Home Audio product responsibility •Demonstrated success developing business strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth and market share •Strong financial and analytical acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions. •Proven experience building high performing teams through coaching, talent development, and performance leadership. •Excellent communication, relationship building, and executive presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. •Extensive knowledge of home audio products including Hi-Fi systems, home theatre, streaming audio, speakers, amplifiers, turntables, headphones, and related technologies Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
