Hiring: Director of Residential Life - 60025997 - INTERNAL Company: State of South Carolina Location: Greenville County, SC Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 12:33:24 Employment Type: Full-time About the job Required Skills: •Participate in Department Head Meetings. •Serve on several agency committees as needed, including but not limited to communications, strategic planning, Howe-lloween, AG Fest, graduation, welcome weekend. •Provide mentorship and leadership for students and staff. •Monitor department performance and provide corrective feedback and instruction as needed. •Approve working time and leave in SCEIS. •Provide guidance, supervision, structure, and discipline for students as needed. •Plan and implement welcome weekend (student move-in) and student move out on a yearly basis. Qualifications: •A bachelor's degree and experience in student services programs. •The individual will be required to cover on campus residence halls if staffing is not available. •Duties will regularly exceed 37.5 hours weekly. •The employee will be on call nightly when students are in residence. •Campus residency is required and/or residency within 10 miles.
