Required Skills: •The Director of Quality and Infection Prevention leads the development, implementation, and evaluation of the hospital’s quality, patient safety, performance improvement, and infection prevention programs. •This role ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements and promotes a culture of clinical excellence, continuous improvement, and patient-centered care. •The Director provides strategic direction and operational oversight to drive improvements in clinical outcomes, infection control, and overall healthcare quality.
