Required Skills: •Oversees a team of property managers to ensure assignments are completed on time and to specifications. •Delegates work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints. •Assist and enable team members to work independently by providing regular guidance and training. •Leads an interdepartmental team to complete tasks on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency. •Directs department activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies. •Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices. •Acts as the liaison between property managers and the Vice President of Operations. •Work to maintain an up-to-date set of SOP's and policies within the property management department.
