Required Skills: •Project Leadership & Governance •Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Barnhart's project processes, tools, and standards. •Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, and performance metrics. •Ensure project practices align with company procedures, operational objectives, and industry requirements. •Support recruiting, onboarding, training, mentoring, and development of Project Managers across the organization. •Partner cross-functionally with IT, Engineering, Operations, Fleet, Logistics, Fabrication, and other stakeholders to integrate project processes into company systems and workflows. •Oversee implementation and enhancement of project management tools, reporting systems, and supporting technologies. •Ensure project procedures remain current, scalable, and effectively integrated throughout the organization.
