Required Skills: •Lead and manage R&D programs with high impact to the business, including complex initiatives that cross organizational boundaries. •Design, facilitate, and manage leadership strategy sessions, offsites, and workshops — owning agendas, framing the critical questions, synthesizing outcomes, and driving follow-through on decisions. •Align priorities, dependencies, and stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and adjacent business units to land program outcomes on time. •Proactively identify emerging problems, risks, and opportunities — framing options and driving solutions without being asked. •Partner with leadership and HR on programs that grow leadership capability, strengthen team health, and improve how the organization communicates, decides, and executes. •Establish program frameworks, metrics, and communication cadences that give leadership real-time visibility into program health. •Champion a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvem •We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave. Qualifications: •Demonstrated success in directing complex, cross-organizational programs with high business impact in fast-paced environments. •A strategic, proactive mindset — demonstrated ability to independently identify problems, develop solutions, and drive them to resolution without waiting for direction. •Technical enough to garner respect from the R&D community; familiarity with AI/ML and CI/CD would be a plus. •Proven conflict management skills and history of building 'win-win' partnerships. •Must possess the executive presence, credibility and tenacity to successfully influence, build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse set of internal partners. •Highly-driven personality and the ability to drive consensus and alignment. •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field required. •MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred. •Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. •This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
