Qualifications: •Direct experience shipping 0-to-1 consumer products with habit-formation, gamification, or engagement mechanics at the core. •Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in high-growth or early-stage environments. •Strong track record partnering with engineering on backend systems, personalization, and adaptive/AI-driven experiences. •Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous, human-centered problems into clear product requirements and execution plans. •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — you'll work directly with the CEO, Senior Medical Director, and clinical/commercial leadership. •Operational familiarity with APIs, integrations, and interoperability concepts.
