Required Skills: •Guide and influence cross-BU initiatives — Partner with, guide, and consult product managers and leaders across business units as they build sovereign offerings — ensuring alignment to the shared strategy, consistency in technical approach and partner choices, and coherent customer-facing claims. •Establish standards and guardrails — Create the frameworks, decision criteria, and reference approaches that business units use to make sovereign product decisions, reducing duplicated effort and preventing divergent or contradictory implementations. •Align executives and secure investment — Translate complex strategy into clear, compelling narratives that build alignment among executive leadership and cross-functional partners, and secure the prioritization needed for the company to win in regulated and high-trust markets. •Represent PANW externally — Engage directly with customers, prospects, partners, regulators, and industry analysts to articulate the company's point of view, and bring market and competitive insight back to shape strategy. •Partner across functions to make it real — Work with engineering leadership, partnerships, go-to-market, and our Legal and Privacy experts to ensure the strategy accounts for the new technical, partnership, and operational models that sovereign offerings require. Qualifications: •10+ years in product management, with at least 4 years in a lead or leadership role •Demonstrated product expertise in sovereign cloud and the technical constructs of data and operational sovereignty (e.g., data residency, operator/privileged-access restriction, encryption and key control, operational independence and survivability, jurisdictional transparency) and how they translate into product capabilities •Proven ability to set strategy and drive alignment across business units and functions without direct authority — influencing product leaders and executives in a large, matrixed organization •Demonstrated capacity to partner effectively with Legal and Privacy experts and translate their guidance into sound product strategy •Very strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including with executive and analyst audiences •Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, and comfort in fast-paced environments with overlapping priorities and evolving requirements •Understanding of how AI adoption raises the stakes for sovereignty — helping customers embrace AI while retaining control of their most sensitive data and operations •Operational familiarity with EU and other regulated/high-trust markets Compensation: •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) •The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
