You will help lead the product team while personally owning an important product area. •Spend roughly half your time as a functional leader: running planning and reviews, setting the metrics that matter, coaching PMs, and owning the operating cadence between Product and Engineering. The other half you will spend as an individual contributor on the hardest platform surface area we have. •Build great product •Personally lead Enterprise Platform from customer understanding through strategy, product definition, execution, launch, adoption, and learning, with flexibility to step into priority Core Product work. •Set the product direction for APIs, integrations, workspaces, permissions, governance, audit, and reliability in close partnership with customers, Design, and Engineering. •Make hard product choices and separate reusable capability from one-off requests while staying responsive to urgent customer and business needs. •Build the product operating system •Turn company and product strategy into clear outcomes, priorities, owners, and metrics through planning, reviews, demos, and decision follow-through.
