Required Skills: •Represent ON.energy in ISO/RTO stakeholder processes, technical committees, tariff proceedings, and regulatory working groups. •Educate regulators, utilities, and market operators on how ON.energy’s medium-voltage UPS technology supports grid stability and reliability. •Advocate for policies and market frameworks that enable responsible large-load interconnection and flexible load participation. •Develop comment letters, policy briefs, presentations, and technical materials that translate complex engineering concepts into clear, compelling narratives. •Lead ON.energy’s engagement in rulemakings and technical discussions related to large-load interconnection, inverter-based resources, voltage and frequency ride-through, system strength, and grid-forming technologies. •Monitor and proactively respond to emerging NERC, FERC, ISO/RTO, and state regulatory developments that impact grid-connected large loads. •Partner closely with the CTO and engineering teams to ensure ON.energy’s capabilities are accurately reflected in planning studies, technical standards, and regulatory proceedings. •Help position ON.energy as a thought leader in grid reliability, power quality, and next-generation load integration.
