Hiring: Director of Physical Therapy Company: Peachtree Spine and Sports Physicians Location: Atlanta, GA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 14:28:10 Employment Type: Full-time / On-site Target Skills & Keywords : BLS, EMR, Epic Systems About the job Experience: •5+ years of clinical experience, with at least 2+ years in a lead, supervisory, or director role •1 year of employment Required Skills: •Provides skilled physical therapy treatment plans in accordance with physician orders, current standards of care and by assessing and interpreting evaluations and test results of patients. •Lead, mentor and develop our PTs, PTAs, and techs, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. •Manage daily clinic operations including but not limited to employee schedules, performance reviews and training. •Own the department's goals, policies, and procedures, and hold the PT team accountable. •Partner cross-functionally with the PT team to address any patient concerns. •Support, lead and communicate any policy and procedure changes, acting as a liaison between Admin and the PT department. Qualifications: •Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) •Active Georgia PT license in good standing (or eligible) •Outpatient orthopedic and/or sports medicine background strongly preferred •Comfort with EMR documentation workflows, experience with Epic is a plus!
