Required Skills: •Lead and develop Operations Managers, supervisors, and frontline teams across multiple locations. •Establish accountability for operational performance, safety, customer service, and company standards. •Oversee daily service delivery, including scheduling, fleet availability, on-time performance, and customer satisfaction. •Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce service disruptions. •Partner with HR on hiring, employee relations, performance management, and talent development. •Partner cross-functionally with Safety and Maintenance to ensure regulatory compliance, vehicle readiness, and a strong safety culture. •Monitor operational KPIs, budgets, costs, and financial performance; identify opportunities for improvement. •Support new contract launches, business growth, and cross-functional initiatives. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Transportation, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. •Transportation, logistics, fleet, or related industry experience strongly preferred. •Knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, and OSHA regulations. •Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple locations and priorities in a fast-paced environment. •Class B CDL with passenger endorsement and air brakes preferred but not required.
