We’re looking for a builder — someone who can dig into workflows, spot inefficiencies, and create technology-enabled solutions that raise the bar. •You’re Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will… •Partner with Financial Aid leaders and key stakeholders to keep critical student-facing operations running smoothly. •Serve as a strategic advisor to the COO on operational risks, opportunities, and resource planning. •Support critical processes such as aid applications, disbursements, billing, refunds, and payment plans — ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. •Improve workflows and design scalable processes that increase efficiency and quality. •Create and maintain SOPs that keep cross-functional teams aligned and consistent in how student-facing processes are executed.
