Hiring: Director of Operations Company: Confidential Jobs Location: New Brunswick, NJ Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 11:03:58 About the job Required Skills: •Lead day-to-day operational execution across the assigned multi-site portfolio or geographic footprint, ensuring performance aligns with company and client expectations. •Lead through Regional Performance Managers, Site Managers, and field leadership to establish accountability, drive consistency, and sustain execution across all assigned locations. •Own operational KPI performance, including staffing and fill rate, open posts/NBOT, overtime, payroll performance, schedule integrity, training completion, compliance, and other company or client measures. •Identify performance trends, assess root causes, develop sustainable solutions, and drive corrective action through the operational leadership team. •Maintain strong relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, participate in operational reviews and site visits, communicate performance, and ensure client concerns and commitments are resolved. •Partner with Talent Acquisition, Workforce/Fusion, Human Resources, Training & Development, Finance, Technology, and other support functions to remove barriers and support execution. •Ensure consistent execution of established company, client, contractual, training, safety, and regulatory standards across all assigned locations. •Drive operational standardization and readiness for new-site launches, expansions, transitions, additional service hours, and other significant operational changes. Qualifications: •Progressive security operations leadership experience within a complex, multi-site environment •Demonstrated ability to lead through managers, field leadership, or regional operational teams •Strong client-facing skills with experience supporting business reviews, site visits, performance discussions, and issue resolution •Demonstrated capacity to develop leaders, establish accountability, and drive consistent execution through others •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause assessment skills with the ability to implement sustainable corrective actions •Executive-level communication skills with the ability to present performance, risks, and solutions to internal and client stakeholders •Able and willing to travel approximately 80% throughout the assigned market as required.
