As a member of the AutonomyWorks leadership team, you'll collaborate to scale our business, shape strategy, and reinforce our mission of changing the way the world views people with autism. •Lead and Manage Team Leads and Delivery Pods •Directly manage Team Leads through daily check-ins and weekly 1:1s; set goals, clarify priorities, and hold Leads accountable for on-time, client-responsive delivery. •Ensure Leads consistently execute core business processes, including start-of-day, end-of-day, data tracking, weekly scheduling, and timely client responses. •Build a strong team of Leads by developing their leadership skills, encouraging collaboration, and creating a sense of shared accountability across pods. •Step in as needed to manage workflow, coach through problems, handle escalations, and provide coverage. •Oversee workflow and production across pods, ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned to client needs. •Monitor performance data to track results and hold Leads accountable for quality and delivery.
