Required Skills: •Oversee and schedule all aspects of venue conversions (field, premium/VIP spaces, clubs, retail, and parking areas) to support frequent high level event turnarounds. •Coordinate directly with cross-functional teams (Programming, Sales, Ticketing) and third-party event tenants to manage venue logistics, layout changes, and space availability. •Manage Venue Ops Calendar for Operation Conversion schedule •Facility Maintenance & Asset Management •Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules using Internal Systems. •Track, audit, and manage full asset inventories (operations equipment, tools, heavy machinery) for repair, replacement, or disposal •Fiscal & Contract Management •Prepare, manage, and monitor annual operational budgets and contracted service line items.
