Required Skills: •Operational Leadership & Branch Support •Partner with Branch Managers and Operations Leaders to support execution of business objectives. •Conduct regular branch operational reviews to evaluate project health, financial performance, staffing, backlog, and forecast accuracy. •Provide leadership and guidance for complex operational issues and escalated project concerns. •Support organizational consistency across all BAS operations. •Project Governance & Risk Management •Oversee project review programs throughout the project lifecycle. •Identify operational, contractual, financial, and execution risks on large projects.
