Required Skills: •The NA Hub Strategy & Business Development Manager is responsible for developing sound understanding of the external environment and business drivers in order to develop strategies that support driving new business into the Siemens Energy NA hub region and to advise senior management on strategic positioning. Qualifications: •Deep energy sector knowledge spanning Oil & Gas, industrial applications, generation technologies, transmission products and services, utilities, and alternative, clean, and distributed energy solutions. •Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering; MBA preferred. •Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in start‑up environments and/or end‑to‑end product development, from concept through commercialization. •Strong strategic and execution capabilities, including business, financial, and operational planning, with a proven ability to translate strategy into launched business solutions. •Advanced proficiency in business tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and analytics/visualization tools (e.g., Think‑Cell, Efficient Elements, Tableau). •Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
