Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required. •Minimum of five years of experience in a marketing leadership role including creative art direction with flooring industry marketing experience preferred but not required. •Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and manage go-to-market strategies and plans. •Strong attention to detail and results-oriented mindset with the ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on execution. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. •Strong Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. •Excellent written communication, grammar, proofreading, and editing skills. •Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage both small and large diverse audiences. •Proven leadership, collaboration, and team-building capabilities. •Energetic and enthusiastic approach with a commitment to support field sales teams, sales leadership, and other internal departments.
