Required Skills: •Lead and manage the maintenance departments, including team members at all levels (managers, supervisors, technicians). •Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures that align with company goals and regulatory requirements. •Create and manage a high-performance team, providing mentorship, training, and performance evaluations. •Partner cross-functionally with production, engineering, and safety teams to ensure optimal equipment reliability and plant uptime. •Develop, implement, and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize asset reliability and longevity. •Oversee the preparation and execution of long-term maintenance strategies for capital assets, machinery, and facility systems. •Conduct regular audits of equipment and facility conditions to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards. •Establish and maintain an inventory of spare parts, tools, and materials to ensure immediate availability for repairs and routine maintenance tasks. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required. Relevant certifications (e.g., TPM, Six Sigma, PMP, or maintenance management certifications) area plus. •Full-time position, typically Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend or after-hours work required for plant maintenance or urgent repairs. •Demonstrated capacity to be on-call for emergency repairs and to travel between plant locations if needed.
