The platform is exceptionally well capitalized, with significant available equity and consistent acquisition and disposition volume. •This is a true sourcing role for an established multifamily investment professional who wants to remain in the market building relationships and generating transactions. It is not an underwriting, due diligence or internally focused portfolio-management position. •Originate market-rate multifamily acquisition opportunities across the Sunbelt and Northeast •Build and maintain relationships with owners, brokers, developers and operating partners •Develop a consistent pipeline of actionable on-market and off-market opportunities •Serve as the senior relationship lead throughout the sourcing process •Partner cross-functionally with internal underwriting, due diligence, capital markets and transaction teams •Present investment opportunities and market intelligence to senior leadership Qualifications: •Substantial experience personally sourcing market-rate multifamily acquisitions •Demonstrated transaction volume and a clear track record of originated deals •Established relationships within the Sunbelt or Northeast multifamily markets •In-depth knowledge of regional market dynamics, valuation and investment strategy •Demonstrated capacity to operate independently while collaborating with a sophisticated institutional team •Highly relationship-driven, entrepreneurial and motivated by generating new business •Candidates may be based in New York, Atlanta, Dallas, Chicago or another major market within the Sunbelt or Northeast. Frequent travel is required.
