This role is a key member of the Total Rewards leadership team, responsible for delivering competitive, scalable, and compliant benefits programs across all regions outside of the United States, with a strong emphasis on APAC markets. •Reporting to the Vice President of Total Rewards, this leader will partner closely with the Director of U.S. Benefits, regional Total Rewards teams, People Operations, HR Business Partners, Payroll, Legal, and external vendors to ensure a consistent, high-quality employee experience worldwide, including with respect to a sizable APAC employee population. The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert in global benefits strategy and administration at scale, with deep expertise across health and welfare, retirement, leave of absence, wellbeing, governance, and compliance. Ideal candidate will be on-site in San Jose a few days per week. •Essential Duties And Responsibilities •Define and lead the international benefits strategy, ensuring alignment with Sandisk’s business priorities, talent strategy, and regional market competitiveness across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
