Required Skills: •Own and manage core IT operations, including infrastructure and business systems. •Develop and enforce IT policies, ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory standards. •Maintain secure data management systems and environments. •Manage deployments, software licensing, and endpoint security for company devices. •Support and enhance IT solutions including networking, telephony, ERP, CRM, QMS, and other business applications. •Implement approved IT plans, including hardware and software projects. •Evaluate and manage vendor contracts, providing best-fit solution recommendations. •Act as an escalation point for IT-related issues across all sites and departments. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, including the adoption of best practices, vulnerability management, and security awareness training.
