Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred. •Proven expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud (AWS/Azure), enterprise applications (ERP/CRM), and cybersecurity frameworks. •Strong hands-on experience with business systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Stripe, Avalara, Celigo(iPaaS), and Okta. •Track record of managing offshore resources and MSPs to deliver operational excellence. •Strong knowledge of IT governance, compliance standards, and risk management. •Demonstrated experience in digital transformation, automation, and modern IT operations. •Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. •Demonstrated capacity to balance strategic vision with operational execution. •Strategic thinker with a business-first mindset. •Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
