Hiring: Director of Human Resources, Operations and Compliance Company: Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta Location: Atlanta, GA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 11:41:37 Employment Type: Remote Target Skills & Keywords : HIPAA, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management About the job Required Skills: •Implement human resources operations and compliance activities aligned to organizational strategy to support operational excellence, risk mitigation, and employee experience. •Manage the design, implementation, administration, and communication of the Bank's total rewards programs, including compensation and benefits. •Develop, guide, and manage the execution of HR operations programs by identifying organizational needs, securing resources, communicating with stakeholders, and prioritizing work. •Continuously improve HR operational processes, controls, and compliance programs based on audit results, feedback, business needs, and regulatory requirements. •Present operational, compliance, workforce analytics, and total rewards strategies and outcomes to senior leadership. •Serve as a trusted advisor and provide consultation through thought leadership and strategic direction on HR operations, compliance, compensation, and benefits. Evaluate, recommend, and implement best practices, systems, and tools that improve efficiency, compliance, reporting accuracy, and employee service delivery. •Drive programs by leveraging workforce and operational data to inform decisions and measure effectiveness. •Direct internal and external audit activities and coordinate remediation efforts to ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and organizational policies. Qualifications: •Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and HIPAA. •A bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field and seven+ years of progressive human resources experience in human resource operations, total rewards, and compliance, or the equivalent combination of education and experience is necessary. •Five years of managerial experience required. •This individual must reside within commuting distance from our •Office.
