Required Skills: •Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, managers and employees on HR-related matters. •Advice, counsel, and coach on complex workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management. •Support leaders in creating high-performing, engaged teams. •Partner with leadership to identify training and development opportunities. •Assist managers with performance improvement plans and employee coaching. •Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent. •Oversee the total rewards strategy to ensure plans are market competitive to attract and retain top talent •Coordinate employee and community relation events and related company-wide communications. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. •PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification (preferred). •Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. •Exceptional people skills and proven ability to build credibility and influence outcomes across all levels of the organization. •Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite. •Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. •Preferred experience supporting multi-state workforces. •Preferred experience working in a consulting, managed services, or professional services organization. •Receptiveness to giving/receiving feedback in an open environment is essential. •Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
