Required Skills: •Deliver technology-driven leadership to HR teams and organizational leaders, ensuring alignment with comprehensive HR solutions and overarching company goals. •Lead the continued design, implementation, and management of Oracle Cloud HCM modules and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. •Oversee system configuration, security, and data integrity within the HR technology ecosystem. •Partner cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and business leaders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. •Partner with stakeholders to gather and prioritize information, reporting, and analytics needs from Oracle HCM and related HR systems, ensuring outputs are accurate, actionable, and aligned with business requirements. •Oversee regular system maintenance activities related to quarterly releases and configuration changes, minimizing disruptions to users. •Proactively assess Oracle HCM functionality, business processes, workflows, and user feedback to identify opportunities for system improvement, automation, simplification, and improved adoption. •Manage vendor relationships and ensure optimal utilization of HR technology solutions. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). •Expertise (5+ years) in leading Oracle Cloud HCM efforts, including implementation, configuration, and optimization. •Demonstrated experience partnering with HR and business stakeholders to define system requirements, improve reporting capabilities, and deliver practical Oracle HCM enhancements. •In-depth knowledge of HR processes, compliance requirements, and data security. •Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technology initiatives. •Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. •Significant project management experience in complex environment. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously. •In-depth knowledge of cloud-based integrations and API management. •The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.- 5 p.m., with overtime as needed.
