Required Skills: •Responsible for the successful operation of the Gaming Department to ensure that our guests have a favorable gaming experience. •Provide support to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager by overseeing Gaming Operations, directing Beverage Server operations, and optimizing HRM performance through effective floor management, preventive maintenance, and equipment performance strategies. •Review staffing levels to maintain an appropriate level of employment. •Review and manage the department’s financial results. •Approve large jackpots above levels authorized for subordinates as set out in the SOP. •Serves as the property point of contact for all communications, projects, and initiatives involving HHR regulators and HRM hardware and software manufacturers. •To compile and/or review regulatory submissions •To assist with new build installations Qualifications: •Maintain the highest standards of leadership, training and overall management while overseeing all aspects of the Gaming Operations and Gaming Performance departments. •Maintain professional working relationships among all personnel. •Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills. •Lead by example relative to exemplary customer service both internal and external. •Assume overall responsibility for gaming machine performance. •Demonstrated capacity to obtain a valid Racing License. •Demonstrated capacity to obtain a valid Sportsbook License.
