Collaborate with the OOB Controller team. Manage a staff of three accounting/accounts payable associates. •Provide variance analysis commentary to be utilized in board reporting. •Communicate financial results effectively to leaders and other key stakeholders. •Deliver ongoing reporting enhancements to improve visibility and accessibility of financial data across the organization. •Provide support to external auditors as needed for the annual audit •Own sales tax reporting/payment and collaborate with the tax department to ensure tax compliance for income and other taxes. •Analyze and communicate business trends and performance metrics to influence strategy.
