Required Skills: •Lead the company’s financial planning and analysis function, including annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario modeling. •Directly manage and mentor the FP&A Analyst, provide coaching and feedback, and build a high-performing and scalable FP&A function. •Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights that support strategic decisions, growth priorities, and resource allocation. •Develop reporting, dashboards, and KPIs that improve visibility into revenue, expenses, profitability, headcount, and overall business performance. •Prepare financial materials and analysis for executive leadership, board meetings, investors, and other key stakeholders. •Translate financial and operational data into clear recommendations for leaders across the business. •Actively facilitate and support integration of Company’s current and future acquisitions, including aligning financial processes, reporting, systems, and performance measures. •Improve financial processes, tools, and reporting to support a growing and evolving organization.
