There can be no state issued restrictions on the licenses that would impede drivers’ ability to operate the vehicle as required by the Agency, and there must not be more than three (3) points on their driving record. Required Skills: •Salary: $130,000 per year •The work schedule is Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. •Serves as the Agency’s senior facilities leader, providing strategic direction, operational oversight, and accountability for facilities operations across Catholic Charities’ multi-site service environment. •Leads Agency-wide capital budget planning for facility’s needs, including capital requests, project prioritization, division-level planning, long-range facility sustainability, and alignment with organizational priorities within an annual operating budget. •Establishes facilities needs, standards, and accountability measures that support safe, accessible, reliable, compliant, and cost-effective environments for programs, staff, clients, residents, and visitors. •Partners with executive leadership, division directors, program leaders, finance, and other internal stakeholders to anticipate facility needs, assess risks, support operational continuity, and ensure facility planning is aligned with mission delivery and organizational strategy. •Oversees Agency leasing, property management, site inspections, routine facility assessments, and the main administration building to ensure properties meet safety, maintenance, accessibility, operational, and regulatory requirements. •Ensures each property maintains effective preventive maintenance, inspection, and corrective action plans so buildings, equipment, and systems remain safe, clean, reliable, and operationally efficient. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, business administration, engineering, construction management, public administration, or a related field preferred. •Ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in facilities management, property management, building operations, maintenance, capital planning, or a closely related field. •Five (5) years of leadership experience supervising or directing facilities staff, managers, vendors, contractors, or multi-site operations. •Comprehensive facilities management expertise, including knowledge of building operations, preventive maintenance, property management, capital planning, and project management in a complex, multi-site environment. •Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, life safety, security, and emergency power systems, with the ability to assess issues and support sound operational decisions. •Demonstrated capacity to read, understand, and apply blueprints, maintenance manuals, technical documents, inspection findings, and regulatory requirements to facilities planning, compliance, and corrective action. •Leadership capability to guide staff, vendors, contractors, projects, and cross-functional work through clear expectations, accountability, collaboration, and results-oriented follow-through. •Sound judgment, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to recognize risk, respond effectively to routine and urgent facility issues, and support safe, reliable operations. •Relationship-building and communication skills necessary to work effectively with internal leaders, staff, vendors, contractors, and external partners in a manner aligned with Catholic Charities’ mission, vision, and values. •Organizational skills and attention to detail needed to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, records, and service expectations across a complex operating environment.
