Required Skills: •Strategic & Technical Leadership: Define the long-term technical roadmap, architecture, and standards for the Platform team, ensuring unparalleled scale, security, and resiliency. •Hands-On Ownership & Technical Activity: Maintain a high level of technical engagement and remain actively hands-on, contributing to critical design reviews, setting coding standards, and demonstrating a genuine passion for writing and shipping code. •System Scaling & Delivery: Oversee the design and implementation of highly complex distributed systems capable of handling massive transactional volume and user growth, demonstrating a great track record of delivering software at high velocity. •Team Management & Growth: Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing engineering organization. •Customer & Developer Focus: Work closely with our customers, understanding their technical needs, gathering feedback, and ensuring the platform meets their requirements for integration and performance. •Innovation & Technology: Drive the adoption of modern engineering practices, including leveraging latest AI models and technology to enhance platform efficiency, security, and feature development.
