Required Skills: •Lead multiple engineering teams and provide leadership and mentorship to Engineering Managers, Staff/Principal Engineers, and other senior technical talent. •Partner directly with the VP of Engineering on engineering strategy, organizational structure, technical priorities, and long-term architecture. •Help evolve the engineering organization toward AI-assisted and agentic software development, identifying where AI can meaningfully improve engineering velocity and effectiveness. •Oversee complex, business-critical software initiatives from planning through production. •Drive technical excellence across software architecture, cloud infrastructure, reliability, CI/CD, deployment, observability, and engineering operations. •Work closely with Product, Operations, Security, and executive leadership to translate business priorities into executable technical initiatives. •Establish clear engineering metrics around delivery, reliability, quality, and team performance. •Improve engineering workflows and eliminate unnecessary friction across development and deployment.
