Location: Dalton, GA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 13:43:58 Employment Type: Full-time / On-site About the job Experience: •5+ years of e-commerce experience, specifically managing high-SKU catalogs and driving revenue growth. •2+ years of experience navigating the digital ecosystems of major physical retailers (e.g., Home Depot IDM, Walmart Retail Link, Wayfair Partner Home). Required Skills: •The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full eCommerce ecosystem—from customer acquisition and conversion to retention and overall customer experience. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic planning capabilities, and the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across multiple departments. •Partner with the SVP of Sales to develop and refine the company’s overall eCommerce strategy, including evaluation and execution of our Amazon strategy and architecture. •Develop and execute the company’s eCommerce business plan, including evaluating, launching, and and scaling distinct digital sub-brands to capture high-margin opportunities without triggering channel conflict with our legacy partners. •Create and manage the strategic marketing calendar across all digital channels •Lead the eCommerce team in delivering exceptional online customer experiences across our website and those of our partners. •Oversee daily eCommerce operations, including site performance, maintenance, and analytics. •Own the digital P&L. Build the reporting framework to move beyond vanity metrics, focusing executive leadership on Net Channel Profitability and Total Advertising Cost of Sales across Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot, and Walmart. •Implement a “test and learn” approach to improve campaign performance, messaging, and targeting.
