Qualifications: •Knowledge of fundraising, including experience with peer-to-peer fundraising strategies within the nonprofit sector. •In-depth knowledge of participant engagement, volunteer management, and community-based fundraising models. •Demonstrated ability to analyze data, evaluate program performance, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations. •Knowledge of active lifestyle industry-related business practices a plus. •Thorough knowledge of management principles and leadership practices. •Strong verbal and written communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to understand, interpret, and communicate complex information and business strategies. •Proficiency with data processing and reporting applications. •Requires travel up to 20-25% including nights and weekends.
