You'll present to a room full of founders, then go deeper to help them unpack their specific business constraints. •The frameworks and the access are already ours; your job is to make them land. The hard part is holding the room, making complex frameworks simple, answering hard questions in real time, and then helping a founder see what they cannot see about their own business. •You'll present workshops on stage within your first 30 days.
