Required Skills: •Strategic Financial Leadership •Lead financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and executive decision support for CLG and related businesses. •Drive visibility into financial risks and opportunities and recommend actions to improve profitability, cash flow, working capital, and return on investment. •Develop business cases, investment analyses, and scenario modeling to support strategic decisions. •Partner with Corporate Finance and business leadership to align plans with enterprise objectives and drive accountability for results. •Supply Chain & Working Capital Leadership •Serve as the senior Finance leader for supply chain, working capital, and commercial finance activities across CLG, Clean Fuels, and related catalyst businesses. •Challenge and influence purchasing decisions to ensure capital is deployed effectively and purchases are made only when operationally and financially justified. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. •Strong expertise in working capital management, supply chain finance, cash flow optimization, and commercial decision support. •Proven ability to influence senior leaders, drive organizational alignment, and lead change. •Strong analytical, financial modeling, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills. •Manufacturing finance experience strongly preferred.
