Required Skills: •MAKE A DIFFERENCE AT OCHIN •OCHIN is a nonprofit leader in health care innovation and a trusted partner to a growing national provider network, delivering the clinical insights and tailored technologies needed to expand patient access, strengthen care teams, and improve the health of rural and medically underserved communities. •Build the Advisory Services Practice •Establish the operating model, service portfolio, delivery methods, governance, and quality standards for OCHIN’s advisory services practice. •Develop repeatable engagement frameworks for discovery, assessment, recommendations, facilitation, implementation support, and value realization aligned to the Own Your OCHIN Empowerment Program. •Create reusable tools and assets, including playbooks, templates, diagnostic instruments, executive-ready deliverable standards, OCHIN RISES-informed discussion guides, and ROI/value assessment resources. •Partner with Finance, Legal, Business Development, Member Success, Operational Excellence, and other operational leaders to design offerings, clarify engagement scope, develop coaching plans, plan resourcing, and define measurement. •Build mechanisms to capture lessons learned, codify emerging practices, and continuously improve advisory offerings as the practice matures. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business, organizational development, education, public health, health informatics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required; advanced degree preferred. •Demonstrated experience building or evolving a consulting, advisory, professional services, customer success, or capability-development function. •Demonstrated ability to translate organizational expertise, data, and subject matter knowledge into clear points of view, practical recommendations, and scalable tools. •Health care industry experience required; experience with health IT, community health centers, Critical Access Hospitals, Tribal health organizations, rural providers, or other safety-net organizations strongly preferred. •Exceptional facilitation, coaching, written communication, executive presentation, and relationship-building skills. •Demonstrated capacity to travel approximately 15% to 25%, based on member and business needs. •Constant interpersonal skills, teamwork, and customer service. Frequent creativity, mentoring, presentations/teaching. Occasional decision making and independent judgment or action. •Reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English. •While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; stand and walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms.
