Required Skills: •Reporting into senior finance leadership, the Director of Accounting / Assistant Controller will take ownership of corporate accounting, consolidation, financial reporting, technical accounting and internal controls across a complex multi-entity organization. •Be a key member of the finance leadership team, working closely with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Legal, Operations and executive stakeholders. The role will have meaningful exposure to financing activity, acquisitions, strategic transactions and the continued evolution of the organization's legal-entity and operational structure. •This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical accounting depth with practical leadership: strengthening the fundamentals, improving how the function operates, developing a high-performing team and enabling a fast-moving business to grow with confidence. •Lead, mentor and develop the accounting team, creating a high-performing, accountable and collaborative function. •Own the monthly, quarterly and annual close process, ensuring timely, accurate and high-quality outputs. •Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements across a complex legal-entity structure, including special purpose entities, joint ventures, partnerships and holding companies. •Maintain balance-sheet integrity, oversee account reconciliations and ensure accounting issues are resolved promptly and robustly. •Lead technical accounting analysis and documentation for complex transactions, emerging issues and new accounting standards.
