Location: Austin, TX Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 11:30:03 Target Skills & Keywords : Program Management About the job Experience: •15+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience, Strong experience supporting semiconductor manufacturing or adjacent high-precision industries (semiconductor equipment, gas delivery, vacuum systems, precision machining). Required Skills: •Build, develop, and lead a high-performing regional Supply Chain organization, including buyers, procurement managers, customer supply chain managers, commodity managers, and shared services interfaces. •Serve as the senior Supply Chain partner to regional Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Program teams. •Establish standard work, operating cadence, and escalation mechanisms for Supply Chain execution and CTB alignment. •Customer Interface & Clear-to-Build Ownership •Serve as a primary interface to customers on supply chain readiness, material readiness, delivery risks, and recovery actions. •Own Clear-to-Build (CTB) execution for the region, ensuring a single, aligned view of material availability, constraints, and readiness to support build plans. •Translate supplier constraints, capacity limitations, and lead-time realities into fact-based, externally credible customer communication. •Partner with Program Management, and Operations to ensure consistent messaging and containment of customer escalations. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred. •Demonstrated expertise managing customer-facing supply chain execution and CTB in high-mix, high-volatility environments. •Proven success leading supplier performance, escalations, and recovery in multi-country supply networks. •Strong executive communication skills with both internal leadership and external customers. •Ichor is an experienced leader in the critical subsystems and turnkey process equipment marketplace.
