Required Skills: •In collaboration with the VP, Navigation and other key stakeholders, serves as a subject matter expert to lead the design and execution of program activities, manages workflows, develops program resources, oversees daily operations and spending, and provides regular reports and updates to stakeholders. (35%) •Oversees data collection, develops data reports, leads program evaluation, identifies areas for program and process improvement, and supports ongoing dissemination of work through internal and external channels. (25%) •Builds and manages relationships with key partners, vendors, consultants, and other stakeholders to maximize program utilization, facilitating cross-department communication and collaboration. (20%) •Provides guidance, coordination, and oversight to ensure the team functions effectively and remains aligned with program goals. (20%) •Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree with 8 years relevant experience acceptable •Preferred Degree: Registered Nurse •Preferred Degree: Master's Degree •Certificate(s) or License(s): N/A Minimum 5 years of experience managing, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating public health or patient care programs. Qualifications: •Must be able to travel occasionally •N/A The starting rate is $100,000 to $113,500 annually. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended.
