Required Skills: •A critical component of this role is leading to the end-to-end development and maintenance of MI capabilities that enable swift onboarding, integration, and operational readiness of the MI call center vendor •, ensuring seamless, compliant, and highquality interactions with healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders. •MI Strategy & Infrastructure Development •Lead and implement the design and build‑out of the MI infrastructure (i.e., MI Call Center), ensuring scalability, compliance, and readiness for US launch. •Assist in developing the MI operating model, including workflows, governance, content strategy, and cross‑functional interfaces, both in the USA and globally •Recruit, develop, and mentor MI personnel and establish organizational capabilities to support portfolio growth. •Evaluate generative AI, knowledge-management systems, chatbot solutions, and automation opportunities and develop the long-term digital MI roadmap. •Serve as the internal expert on MI regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
