Required Skills: •Establish and maintain effective planning and proposal processes across Media Planning and Sales to ensure all deadlines, deliverables, and client commitments are met. •Advance audience segmentation and audience enrichment strategies to strengthen targeting capabilities and improve campaign effectiveness. •Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving media capabilities to ensure Macy’s Media Network remains a leader in audience targeting and media strategy. •Define and drive the strategy for curated private marketplaces (PMPs) to maximize advertiser value and revenue opportunities. •Conduct inventory analysis and forecasting across advertising platforms to support planning, pricing, and revenue optimization. •Lead yield management initiatives to maximize advertising revenue and inventory performance across channels. •Partner cross-functionally to identify pricing and revenue opportunities and provide recommendations to the Head of Advertising Operations on rate card optimization and pricing strategy. •Collaborate closely with Ad Operations to ensure media plans are operationally sound, effectively integrated, and flawlessly executed. Qualifications: •Candidates with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply. •This role involves performing essential job functions such as communication, collaboration, and use of office and computer systems.
