Required Skills: •As the Director, Marketing Technology, you will provide strategic consulting-level support and guidance through key IT initiatives. •As a strategic partner with business leadership and other key stakeholders, you will work with our global Marketing leadership team to discuss opportunities, identify and prioritize projects, and deliver technology products that meet business needs. •Serve as the “trusted advisor” and primary IT point of contact to marketing •Work in partnership with Marketing, IT leadership, and the IT Project Management Office, communicate decisions, priorities, and relevant project information to appropriate levels of staff regarding business unit requests, projects, and initiatives. •Focus on strategic initiatives and planning activities for the business, in particular new systems and capabilities. •Partner with IT, Marketing, and commercial leadership and other key stakeholders to define opportunities and identify and facilitate prioritization across the portfolio. •Serve as a lead role in enabling the business to achieve its objectives through the effective use of technology—including emerging AI capabilities. •Support and work through resolutions for service and delivery escalations.
