Required Skills: •The position is highly visible and plays a critical role in supporting growth, margin expansion, and operational efficiency in a regulated, global manufacturing environment. •Serve as the primary finance business partner to Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations leadership. •Provide actionable insights to optimize production efficiency, capacity utilization, and cost structure. •Support decision-making on product mix, sourcing strategies, and make vs. buy analyses. •Partner with site leaders to drive accountability for financial results and KPIs. •Provide forward-looking insights on cost trends, throughput constraints, and margin performance. •Translate operational metrics into financial outcomes for executive leadership. •Annual operating plan (AOP), quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning for manufacturing operations. Qualifications: •Comprehensive expertise in manufacturing finance, including variances, absorption costing, and operational KPIs. •Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, experience with artificial intelligence enabled tools. •Strong business partner with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders. •Proven ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels. •Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership. •Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and accountability •10 to 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including significant exposure to manufacturing environments. •Prior experience in life sciences, medical devices, biotech, or highly regulated industries strongly preferred. •Demonstrated expertise in cost accounting, standard costing, and inventory management. •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
