Required Skills: •Lean System Leadership •Own the design, deployment, and sustainability of the OHD Lean Operating System. •Develop a corporate Lean playbook defining standard tools, methods, and behaviors. •Integrate Lean governance through Tier 1–4 management routines linking plant operations to enterprise strategy. •Ensure alignment of Lean systems with Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People, and Customer Value pillars. •Deliver measurable business impact through Lean deployment, targeting 3–5% year-over-year cost improvement per site. •Partner with Operations Finance to validate productivity savings, cost-out initiatives, and ROI of improvement project •Drive measurable improvements in safety, quality, and delivery performance through structured problem solving. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. •Master’s degree or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred. •Proven success deploying Lean systems across multi-site manufacturing environments. •Deep knowledge of Lean principles, systems thinking, and operational excellence frameworks. •Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels. •Willingness to travel up to 50% across U.S. sites.
