Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Operations Management, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. •Seven or more years of progressive leadership experience in operations, facilities, project management, technology, healthcare support services, or a related discipline. •Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional projects. •Strong knowledge of facilities operations, construction, project management, technology implementations, or operational infrastructure. •Proven ability to lead teams through change and organizational growth. •Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. •Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or a related field. •Healthcare, laboratory, academic medical center, or regulated industry experience. •Professional certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CAPM, CM-Lean, or similar. •Knowledge of healthcare facility infrastructure, laboratory workflows, and operational support systems.
