Hiring: Director, Investor Relations & Capital Markets Company: Crown Castle Location: Greater Houston Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 11:27:18 Employment Type: Full-time / Remote Target Skills & Keywords : CFA, Capital Markets About the job Experience: •10+ years of experience in finance, investor relations, and capital markets-oriented roles Required Skills: •Participate in designing and executing investor relations strategy •Assist CFO and VP of Corporate Finance in maintaining dialogue with investors and research analysts, communicating our strategy and business performance •Prepare investor communications and disclosures including quarterly earnings materials •Develop narratives that investors will understand and find compelling •Assist with managing rating agency relationships, communicating business and funding strategies •Maintain relationships with banking partners alongside VP of Corporate Finance •Executive presence, composed with a clear thought process and strong logical reasoning skills •Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written form Qualifications: •WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED •Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline, MBA, or CFA •Significant experience communicating and presenting to executive level leadership •Financial modeling and valuation analysis – investment banking, corporate or equity research (buy side or sell side) •Capital raising responsibility – investment banking, corporate, or investment management •Vice President, Corporate Finance & Treasurer •N/A Where You Will Work •To optimize collaboration, relationship building, and key stakeholder engagement, this role aligns to a 4:1 hybrid model which is in office Monday-Thursday with the option for remote work on Fridays.
