Hiring: Director, Integrated Business Planning (IBP) & Demand Planning Company: Cargill Location: Wayzata, MN Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 12:29:42 Target Skills & Keywords : Financial Planning About the job Required Skills: •The Director, Integrated Business Planning and Demand Planning role will lead a large team of demand planners by creating demand plans for a large product offering with high planning complexity, including data inputs, statistical forecasting, incorporating commercial intelligence, and new or discontinued products. •Direct a team to create robust demand plans, work with financial planning teams to monetize this output, and lead the business through the demand review of the integrated business planning cycle within our Starches, Sweeteners & Texturizers (SST) and Edible Oils businesses. •For IBP, you will partner with all functional areas to synchronize strategic priorities to achieve business results. •Also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.
