Required Skills: •Lead enterprise-wide triage and resolution of critical infrastructure incidents. •Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and failure mode analysis (FMEA). •Define and implement resiliency strategies and DR/OR validation. •Provide cross-domain consulting across cloud, network, middleware, and compute. •Establish deep debugging practices across Linux, Windows, and cloud environments. •Develop and lead a SWAT engineering organization. •Define strategic and tactical remediation roadmaps. •Build and manage a high-performing SWAT team of senior engineers.
